Our Approach

Historic Cheverly Homes Deserve Experienced Hands. Cheverly Home Improvement has years of experience renovating the Craftsman homes that give Cheverly so much of its character. We understand the details that make these houses special—from original porches, trim, windows, masonry, and built-ins to the quirks that come with older construction—and we know how to update them without stripping away what makes them feel original.

CHI is MHIC licensed (#140401), fully insured, and EPA Lead-Safe/RRP certified (#NAT-F241036-1), and we have the team in place to handle the added coordination historic and pre-1978 homes often require. We also work with a permit expediter to help keep approvals moving and an engineer who specializes in historic homes when engineering support is needed. Whether the goal is restoration, modernization, or a careful combination of both, CHI brings local experience, the right credentials, and a deep familiarity with Cheverly’s Craftsman homes.
