Accessing My Personal Dashboard (Client Hub)

Once you request with us, a personal dashboard (Client Hub) is created just for you! From there, everything will be in one place!

This is where you can make payments online as well as view quotes, invoices, and upcoming appointments. (Cancelling is done via a new request form.)

To access your client hub, click the button or link in a past email. This link is in ONLY communications such as:

  • quotes (as well as any quote follow-ups)

  • invoices (as well as any invoice follow-ups)

  • booking confirmations

  • appointment reminders

  • new requests, including cancellations

Jobber's personal dashboard uses a modern, secure email-based authentication that does not require a password. As a security measure, if it has been more than 14 days since you've received an email or text that contains a link to the client hub (for example, a quote or invoice), you may be prompted to enter your email address or the last four digits of your phone number to access your client hub. 

Cheverly Home Improvement says they’ve emailed me a quote, but I haven’t received it.

The above email types do not come from staff’s personal work emails but via our contractor software program called JOBBER and might be in spam or junk folder. Look for:

  • notification@msg.getjobber.com 

  • notification@getjobber.com

  • notification@txn.getjobber.com

Adding these email addresses as contacts will ensure that these emails stay out of your junk mail.
